central location helpful staff convenient coffee
i found the location really good. the coffee shop at the entrance provided great convenience. jenny and sarah at reception were very friendly and helpful. sarah even assisted me in recovering a forgotten item, i appreciated her help.
the room temperature was difficult to regulate at times.

The location was very convenient. It was near major historical sites. The staff were friendly. They were ready to help.
The room temperature was hard to control. I could only choose between freezing or too much heat. There was a constant water sound. It came from the air vent at all times.

The hotel location is central. It is close to many shops and restaurants. The room was clean. The breakfast offered a nice variety.
The entrance is shared with a busy cafe. It made navigating with luggage difficult. I did not like that there was no separate hotel entrance. Street noise was audible in my room.

great location tea coffee friendly staff tricky temperature street noise shared entrance
the location worked out great! it was super close to the main square. the room had tea and coffee facilities, a nice bonus. the staff were really friendly, always willing to help (i appreciated that).
the temperature in the room was a bit tricky. i had trouble finding a comfortable setting between too cold and too warm. street noise was noticeable because of limited insulation. the entrance is shared with a cafe, so there isn't really a lobby area.

the location IS ideal, it was close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. I found this very helpful.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear street noise throughout the night. the breakfast menu was limited, i wished there was more variety.
